1. Go to OCDiesel.com's Fusion Bumper category page
2. On the Fusion Bumper category page, look to the left and choose your vehicle under "Refine Search"
3. Once you have clicked your vehicle, scroll down a little bit and choose either the front or left bumper, that corresponds to your truck.

For Front Fusion Bumpers

1. Choose Your Lighting Options:
• No Lights or Mounts - Please note that the holes for factory fog lights will be cut into the bumper)
• Light Mounts - You may have another source for light, but want the mounts added, ready for installation of your own lights
• Lights and Mounts - For those who want a hassle-free approach to adding light bars or additional fog lights, this is the best alternative, as bumper, mounts and lights will be guaranteed to work with each other.
2. Choose Brush Guard Option (Please note that Ford Trucks will include the Defender Brush Guards while Dodge and GM Trucks will have a tubular brush guard and headlight guard.
3. Choose Additional Options and Accessories, such as Front Receiver Hitch or Winch Mount (Please note that Front Receiver Hitch and 10" Center Light bar, located in the center of the bumper cannot be ordered together.
4. We ask that you enter your vehicle information, so we can verify a proper bumper to truck match

5. Choose Bumper Finish:
• Raw Steel - which allows you to completely customize your bumper to the theme and paint of your truck
• Sandblasted and Primed in a Grey Primed Finish
• Powder coat Light Gray (Textured)
• Powder coat Dark Gray (Textured)
• Powder coat Black (Textured)
• Powder coat White (Textured)

For Rear Fusion Bumpers

1. Choose Your Lighting Options:
• No Back-up Lights
• Back-up Light Mounts (For pre-existing lights - no charge)
• Back-up Light Kit with either KC or Rigid Lights
2. Choose License Plate Light Kit
3. We ask that you enter your vehicle information, so we can verify a proper bumper to truck match
And Lastly . . .
4. Choose Bumper Finish:
• Raw Steel - which allows you to completely customize your bumper to the theme and paint of your truck
• Sandblasted and Primed in a Grey Primed Finish
• Powder coat Light Gray (Textured)
• Powder coat Dark Gray (Textured)
• Powder coat Black (Textured)
• Powder coat White (Textured)

*BUMPERS SHIPPED BARE STEEL WILL NEED EITHER A TEXTURED POWDER COAT, RHINO-LINED, OR PRIMED AND PAINTED. SMOOTH POWDER COAT WILL NOT LOOK GOOD DUE TO THE WELDS BEING GROUND DOWN, as stated directly from Fusion Bumpers

Once your Fusion Bumper or Bumpers have been ordered and checked for vehicle match, the custom process begins . . . and approximately six weeks later, you'll have you custom bumper ready to install or ready for your own customization. Installation is quick and easy with regular hand tools and attaches to the factory bumper mounts.
