EXPIRED CYLINDER HEADS 2005 6.0L F250 SUPERDUTY – here is an image of a Customer’s truck last week where the heads have seen significantly high temperatures.  The Customer uses his truck for work and always carries a 3,000 to 4,000 pound load onboard at all times with his tools and equipment.  He drives his truck hard and had programmer installed on it at one time.  He also uses the truck to tow his boat out to his Lake Havasu home in the summer months.  The truck has 185,000 miles on it.  Other than the heads being cracked to hell and o’rings cooked beyond reuse, the motor magged FORD tough and tested negative to excessive heat warpage.  Therefore, it’s off to receive Bullet Proof Diesel products including the condenser mounted oil cooler, EGR cooler, ARP studs and he is back on the road.
