This is Part 4 of a model-specific four-part series about how to install a FASS Platinum fuel system.

Please find the links to Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 here.

Step 4: Install fuel line.
Do not use sealant on AN (male flare) fittings. Only use sealant on threads installed into pump assembly.
Route suction line to the "T" port on the FASS system. Cut FL-1002 to needed length. Insert PL-1005 using oil. Connect to 10-299 fitting. Torque to 18 ft./lbs.
Route feed line to the "E" port of the FASS system and cut to length. Using oil, insert PL-1005 and connect to the 10-298 fitting. Torque to 18 ft./lbs.
Mark location on the filler tube that allows you to install RM-1004 with no obstacles. Cut tube. Make sure there is enough tube on each side of the cut to insert the RM-1004 and to place the hose clamps.
Position RM-1004 with the junction pipe aiming to outside. Connect rubber and RM-1004 using both HC-1004’s but do not tighten.
Using oil, insert PL-1005 into remaining fuel line. Connect return line to the "R" port. Torque to 18 lb./ft.
With a gentle bend, route FASS return line to the installed Return Manifold and cut to length. Using a HC-1001, connect to the junction tube of the RM-1004. Tighten all clamps.
